Yasmin Pakzad is a founder, investor and developer who identifies and builds value across luxury, hospitality real estate and artificial intelligence ventures. She brings together investment, positioning and development to realise opportunities across both tangible and intangible assets.

She is the Co-Founder of Luxe Assets and Alma Management and has spent more than two decades conceiving, investing in and developing businesses and projects internationally.

Yasmin co-led the acquisition of London's Old War Office, one of the most significant luxury hospitality and real estate developments in recent decades, shaping the vision, positioning and strategic direction behind its transformation into Raffles London at The OWO.

Currently she is developing a luxury sanctuary in Greece conceived around a singular vision. Alongside this, she is involved in the strategic development of an artificial intelligence venture focused on creating long-term value through responsible innovation.

She contributes to discussions on the future of luxury and impact through speaking and teaching.

Kash Chandarana

Kash Chandarana is an investor, adviser and hotel and real estate asset manager with finance-led investment, operations and transactional experience gained over 30 years.

He is Co-Founder of Luxe Assets and Alma Management, and has spent over three decades advising Family Offices and institutions across the mixed-use real estate space, particularly hotels, resorts and residences. His work spans capital structuring and deployment, stakeholder management, and asset re-positions.

Kash co-led the $0.5bn investor joint venture that acquired The Old War Office in London, now a 125-key Raffles Hotel and 85 apartments, and was previously CFO at Rocco Forte Hotels, where he was part of the team that grew the group from one property to fourteen.

Alongside his work in hospitality and real estate, Kash is involved with GAEA AI, an early-stage company building evidence-grade observational AI for the physical world, where he brings the same disciplines to bear as the business scales.
